1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading or using Idle Clicker: Boba Tea Shop ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is made by Winton Gee ("we" or "us"). It is an idle game about running a pixel boba shop.

2. Boosts and in-game items

Boosts add hours of your shop's cups the moment you buy them and are used up at once, so they cannot be restored or moved to another device. Unlocks stay yours and can be restored. Cups, stars and other in-game items have no money value and cannot be exchanged for money.

3. Optional ads

Ads are optional rewarded ads from Google AdMob. A bonus is given after the ad plays, within the daily limits. Ads may not always be available. We do not make the ads; to report one, open Settings in the game and tap Report an ad.

4. Eligibility and requirements

  • Anyone can play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and approve any purchase.
  • The app runs on iPhone with iOS 26 or later.

5. Unlocks and boosts

The game is free to play. These optional purchases are available:

  • Night Shift: a one-time purchase, $2.99 in the US (prices vary by region)
  • Double Brew: a one-time purchase, $4.99 in the US (prices vary by region)
  • Tea Patron: a one-time purchase, $9.99 in the US (prices vary by region)
  • 2 hours of cups: a one-time purchase, $0.99 in the US (prices vary by region)
  • 1 day of cups: a one-time purchase, $4.99 in the US (prices vary by region)
  • 1 week of cups: a one-time purchase, $19.99 in the US (prices vary by region)

6. Apple's standard license

The app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (opens in a new tab), together with these terms. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement applies to the license. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.

7. Your data

Your progress is stored only on your iPhone. If the app or the device is deleted, your progress is deleted with it. Purchases stay with your Apple Account and come back with Restore purchases.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that ads will always be available, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WINTON GEE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING FROM LOSS OF GAME PROGRESS. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Intellectual property

The app, including its design and content, is owned by Winton Gee and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer it, except as the law allows.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Using the app after that date means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
